Sweet hotel, the stay was great, perfect location close to downtown. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating and friendly reception.

Clean hotel with courteous staff and awesome location right by SAP center. Fine, cozy room on the last floor. It was nice to have bright lighting. Our stay was a fine experience.

It was an incredible time staying at this simply beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect, personnel was obliging. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Abundant breakfast, perfect service.

Location is decent and I appreciated enjoyable rooms and friendly efficient staff. Victorian style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. The view is unbelievable and the pool is clean.

Our experience was great from the moment we checked in, we would book again. We thoroughly enjoyed staff and location - nice! For tea and goodies visit Crema Coffee, located close by. Customer service was friendly too.

Okay features, wonderful staff, comfy rooms. Early check-in, late check-out. There was free Wi-Fi that worked quite well throughout the property. It made my trip to San Jose an really comfortable experience.

Walking to a train station from arena was easy. Great location, easy to get anywhere. Decent base for a weekend in San Jose! Taste the food in Crema Coffee, you only need to walk 900 feet to reach it: D

Bluefin was 5 mins walk away. Walking to the tech museum takes 15 minutes. Just a 10-minute walk to AmTrak train station. We do recommend, maybe to friends.
